Is anyone else listening to these Lectures, some of them are excellent. I'd love to spark up some conversation.

Wow i didn't expect someone to respond so quickly. I would start with the Eight Verses of Thought Transformation to set a basis of thought. Then you can continue to others such as Face Your Fear—Kill Your Ego, Moving Forward on the Spiritual Path, Death and Dying—Discovering Buddhism.

If you want to try meditation you can listen to How to Meditate—Discovering Buddhism, which is very informative.

You can get more information on the center are the lectures at http://www.tsechenling.org/wisdom.php

Let me know if you listen to any of them.

cheers

I've been listening to them, especially Ven. Rita Riniker, and Ven. Robina Courtin. Their matter-of-fact delivery of Buddhist concepts is amazing, and does wonders for my state of mind.

Very wonderful.

This response is almost a month after the post I'm replying to, but I too found Ven. Rita's talk on "Laziness" to be rather interesting. She has a style of teaching I can identify with and I wish they'd put more of her teachings up.

Venerable Robina is one of my Guru's so I need not tell you how much I admire and wish her all the happiness in the world. She is the light on my path to enlightenment.

I'm listening to Foundation of Good Qualities now - I just discovered this website and am soooo happy it exists! I attend Deer Park, and we often begin services with the Foundation of Good Qualities; I had been hoping to find some audio of it, both to learn the Tibetan pronunciation better and to understand the meaning.

Thank you to all who have made these teachings available!
